Baby Gymnastics

A fun, enriching and physical, sensory session that includes some social time for you and baby. While a relaxed fun session, it will still be an educational experience for your little one while they learn fundamental movement skills including locomotor skills, object control skills and body management skills.

A great way to introduce your little one to a safe playing space before introducing them to a more structured activity as they grow older.

Mini Gym

Using the full range of gymnastics apparatus, this class teaches a sound base of the fundamentals of gymnastics. A circuit based class that allows little ones to feel safe and secure with mum, dad or a familiar adult there to help guide them.

While there is an emphasis on play and fun, our focus is ensuring the right technique is learnt so your Mini Gymnast can move confidently to the next level with the skills to develop safely.

Prep

Our focus in all our classes is safety and learning the skills right. While our Prep Class continues to teach and refine the fundamentals, it is also a class that begins to assist in improving physical fitness, building self-esteem, making new friends, sharing in camaraderie and developing social maturity.

Not only is this class a great way to learn gymnastics skills for future participation in any sport, it is creating well rounded humans.

Beginner Recreational

This class is suited to older absolute beginners to learn the basics of gymnastics using all apparatus before building up the stamina and progressing to a longer more complex class.

A class that allows kids to learn the fundamentals in a positive, fun environment. They will work on basic flexibility, strength, body awareness, coordination, and balance. They'll be rolling, jumping, and swinging their way towards getting the skills required for higher level classes!

A class that caters to those who might find other bigger classes a little overwhelming. A class with less participants, we use minimal music and additional lighting to allow everyone to be comfortable and to be themselves.
