Located in the heart of the Gold Coast, our program at Gold Medal Gymnastics offers gymnasts aged 6 to 16 the opportunity to refine techniques, push their limits and enhance their abilities under the guidance of experienced coaches. These 90-minute classes focus on building strength, flexibility and coordination while encouraging discipline and self-confidence.

Gymnasts will develop key skills across various apparatus, preparing them for more advanced training. With a supportive, motivating environment, our classes foster personal growth, teamwork and resilience, helping athletes achieve their goals and enjoy the rewarding journey of gymnastics.

In our 90-minute classes, participants are immersed in an environment tailored to their skill level, offering a balanced mix of challenge and support. Gymnasts will focus on mastering intermediate skills while refining existing techniques, making each session dynamic and engaging.

Whether they aim to perfect specific skills or seek overall improvement, our intermediate recreational classes accommodate athletes of all abilities. These classes are available on Wednesdays at 3:45pm and Saturdays at 10:30am, providing flexibility for gymnasts to progress at their own pace, fitting their individual needs and schedules. This ensures they can develop their skills in a structured yet supportive environment.
